Handleiding

KingPitch is een complete app voor het beheren van voetbaltoernooien. Van het aanmaken van een toernooi tot de live uitslagen langs het Field — alles in één overzichtelijke app die werkt op laptop, tablet en telefoon.

This manual explains in simple language how to use the app. You can click through the chapters or download the entire manual as a PDF to print or save.

Ga naar het dashboard en klik op "Nieuw toernooi". Vul de naam, datum en locatie in. Kies hoeveel poules je wilt en hoeveel teams per Pool doorgaan naar de knock-out.

You can also copy an existing tournament, so you don't have to fill in all the settings again. You can carry over the teams from the previous tournament with one click.

After creating, you will arrive at the overview page. There you can immediately see what you still need to do to prepare the tournament.

Ga naar de Teams-pagina om teams toe te voegen. Je kunt teams één voor één invoeren, maar ook een hele lijst in één keer plakken. Klik op "Plakken" en plak je teamlijst — de app zet elke regel om in een team.

You can change the team name and club name directly by clicking on them. Assign teams to groups via the dropdown or let the app draw randomly with "Redraw".

You can fill in a changing room per team. If you charge an entry fee, you can see per team whether it has been paid (green) or not (red).

Op de Schema-pagina genereer je met één klik een compleet speelschema. De app berekent automatisch de wedstrijdtijden, rusttijden, wisseltijden en veldverdeling.

You can adjust the match duration, substitution time and minimum number of rest slots in the settings. The schedule takes into account the number of pitches you have available.

In addition to matches, you can also add breaks and award ceremonies as schedule events, so the entire program of the day is complete.

Op de Instellingen-pagina pas je alles aan: wedstrijdduur, wisseltijd, rustsloten, aantal velden, poules, punten, knock-out aan/uit, Third-place match, spelers benoemen en meer.

Onder Huisstijl kies je een thema (Forest, Middernacht, Munt, Koraal, Lavendel, Amber, Turquoise) of stel je je eigen kleuren in. Je clubnaam en logo worden doorgevoerd op elk scherm.

You can also add sponsors with a logo and link. These are shown on the live screen and the public page.

Op de Toegang-pagina beheer je wie toegang heeft tot het toernooi en met welke rechten. Je kunt leden uitnodigen, rollen aanpassen en eigen rollen aanmaken.

Per role, you set which pages someone is allowed to see and which pages someone is allowed to change. You can also grant additional rights, such as "Manage", "Manage teams" and "Referee".

Elk lid krijgt bij aanmaken een persoonlijke toegangscode. Hiermee kunnen zij inloggen zonder een account aan te maken. Rollen zelf hebben geen code — alleen personen.

Tijdens de wedstrijddag voer je live scores in. Klik op een wedstrijd op het Overzicht of in het Schema om de scoredialoog te openen. Je kunt doelpunten toevoegen, de wedstrijd starten, pauzeren en afsluiten.

Referees enter their matches via their own score screen. This is described in the chapter on the referee portal.

Every change is immediately visible on the live screen and on the public page.

Referees have their own portal. They only see the matches assigned to them and can enter full-screen scores with a timer.

Om een scheidsrechter toe te voegen, ga je naar de Toegang-pagina en voeg je een lid toe met de rol "Scheidsrechter". De scheidsrechter krijgt een toegangscode en kan direct aan de slag.

Referees do not need to create an account — they can log in with their code via guest access.

Het live scherm (LiveBoard) toont alle actuele scores, standen, komende wedstrijden en recente uitslagen in één overzicht. Dit scherm is ideaal om op een beamer of tv langs het Field te tonen.

With more than two upcoming matches, the "Coming up" block scrolls automatically, so that all matches are shown.

De Standen-pagina toont automatisch de stand van elke Pool. Zodra een wedstrijd is uitgespeeld, wordt de stand direct bijgewerkt.

You see per team: played, won, drawn, lost, goals for/against, goal difference and points. The standings are calculated based on the points you set in the settings (default 3 for a win, 1 for a draw).

On the live screen and the public page, the standings are shown automatically, so spectators can always see the current standings.

Als alle poulewedstrijden zijn gespeeld, genereert de app automatisch de knock-out fase. De beste teams per Pool worden kruiselings ingedeeld in een bracket.

You can also manually (re)arrange the knockout using the "Rearrange" button. This is only possible for the organizer — other roles can only view the bracket.

De bracket toont kwartfinales, halve finales, Final en (indien aangezet) de Third-place match. Winnaars schuiven automatisch door na elke uitslag.

Each tournament has a public page at /pub/ID. Spectators can view the schedule, standings, and knockout here without logging in.

Als je inschrijvingen hebt aangezet, kunnen teams zich via de publieke pagina inschrijven. Je kunt de inschrijvingen goedkeuren op de Inschrijvingen-pagina.

Share the public link via WhatsApp, social media, or the QR code found in the share window.

You can print the match schedule, standings, and knockout bracket. Use the print button on the relevant page for a print-ready overview.

De standen en bracket kun je ook delen als afbeelding via WhatsApp. Klik op de deelknop en kies "Delen" om de afbeelding te versturen.

You can show the live screen on a large display by opening the live link and setting it to full screen.

Om een toernooi live te zetten, betaal je eenmalig €19,95 per toernooi. Dit is de toernooilicentie. Je betaalt veilig via iDEAL of creditcard.

Temporary promotion: the license is completely free for the first 50 tournaments. Click "Activate for free" on your tournament overview as long as spots remain.

After payment, your tournament is immediately active and you can set it to live. Payment is per tournament — there is no subscription.

Daarnaast kun je in de instellingen inschrijfgeld vragen van deelnemende teams. Je kunt hier een IBAN, bedrag en betaalmethode (Tikkie of Mollie) voor instellen.
