Help with problems

You can usually fix it yourself in a minute. If not, check the status page or email us.

The scoreboard is stuck or shows an old score

Refresh the page on the screen (F5, or Ctrl+R / Cmd+R).
Check that the TV or laptop still has internet. Test with another page.
Turn off sleep mode and the screensaver. A sleeping TV or tablet does not receive scores.
Keep the scoreboard in a tab in the foreground. Browsers slow down background tabs.
Check the status page. If it is not all green, the problem is not your device.
Open the public page on a phone. If the score is correct there, the problem is the screen.
On the referee phone, check that the score was saved. Enter it again if needed.

Check the access code in the tournament under Access. Mind capitals and digits.
Open the referee link or QR code again on the phone.
Has the tournament already started or is it not published? The match may not be ready yet.

Wait a minute and refresh Licenses or My profile. A confirmation can take a moment.
Money taken but no license? Email us your address and the tournament. We will fix it.
Payment not completed? Nothing was charged; you can simply try again.
